Generally, we deliver 365 days a year, however, we do not ship products on days designated as holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us using the inquiry form before shipping the item. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request for return or exchange if we do not receive your contact information.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product (except for defective products).
If you return the product before we have accepted the return or exchange, your request may be invalidated. In that case, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees for the return.
In principle, product exchanges are limited to changing the size or color of the same product. Other exchanges may not be accepted due to the need to settle the price difference.
The replacement product will be shipped once it has arrived at our company, been inspected and checked.
Customers will be responsible for all expenses incurred in the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, the product being different from what they expected, etc. (including round-trip shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and bank transfer fees when we refund you).
Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling fees when you purchase a product.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have become dirty, damaged, smelly, or wet due to customer negligence, products that have been used once, products that have been opened, products that have been altered, products that have been purchased from another store, custom-made products, products that have undergone embroidery or other processing, or products that have been exchanged once. All products have been inspected, but if there is a defect, we will exchange it for an equivalent product. However, this depends on the stock situation, so if we cannot prepare an equivalent product immediately, we will refund the purchase price.
In the event of damage due to quality defects or an accident during delivery, or if a product is delivered incorrectly from our company, we will cover the shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges.

<How to settle the difference in price>
If you are exchanging sizes for items in the same price range, there will be no price difference, but shipping fees will be charged.
If the exchanged item is more expensive than the returned item, you will be charged the difference in price plus shipping. If you choose cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee will be charged.
If the exchanged item is cheaper than the returned item, we will charge you the shipping fee. If you choose cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee will be charged. The difference in price will be transferred to the bank account you specify.

<About the product>
We try to make the product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but due to the nature of monitor displays, there may be differences between the actual product and the photos.
Even if the color name is the same, the texture and color will be different if the first four digits of the product number are different.
If you want to coordinate the top and bottom in the same color, we recommend products with the same first four digits of the product number.
Due to color reproduction issues with 100% cotton products, there may be differences in color depending on the production lot. For this reason, even if the same product number and color are the same, there may be slight differences in color.
Please note that returns and exchanges due to these reasons may also be considered as customer convenience.

If you refuse to receive the product or if there is a possibility that it may cause harm to our company, we will cancel your order.
